Piers Corbyn, of forecasters WeatherAction, said: “We are predicting exceptional deluges, thunder and floods around the end of June and the start of July.
“The Glastonbury festival and the Wimbledon tennis are likely to be hit by exceptional deluges of torrential rain.”
Glastonbury, which will be held from June 27-29, has a reputation for being flooded out and turning into a quagmire year after year.
Wimbledon takes place in the last week of June and the first week of July.
WeatherAction say their warnings have an “85 per cent confidence” rating, meaning the torrential rain is very likely to happen.

The top line of the article should have read "I predict an exceptional deluge"
As he is the only one predicting this far ahead, and he's pretty shit at it too.
